Because of our small scale, we have intensive contact with the children. A child has to feel good and feel at home at school. Sometimes the teachers or the parents are worried about the development of a child. This can concern learning, behavior or the social and emotional development of the child.
The care coordinator supervises the learning processes of children needing care that cannot be solved by the teacher alone.
Besides adjustment of the programs in class, sometimes input of external experts can also be advisable, such as a psychologist, speech therapist, behavioral specialist, etc. This always happens in consultation with the parents.
